Hi I would like to share what I have learned about Success.
It means different things to different people. To achieve success, one has to work for it. It does not come free. Some may see success as power, while others may view it as money in the bank, status symbols, a big home, abundant life styles, or influence. Others still may see it as peace of mind, a comfortable lifestyle, a feeling of security, or any mix of varying human desires.
Take a moment to think about your life and building a home-based business. Indeed, with the advent of internet, it is amazing that you can now learn and earn online simultaneously in the comfort of your home.
Wouldn’t you like to earn extra income and live a better live? Many people would think of living beyond the norm as buying a bigger home, a bigger car and overall living a more lavish lifestyle
When you achieve financial independence, you can have more time with your loved ones at home. This will strengthen the relationship between you and your family. Once you gain financial independence, you can literally stop trading your previous 8 hours in exchange for a fixed wages. You now can have more control over your life. You can see how this would help you in becoming a happier person.
To be financially independent in the shortest possible time frame by working alone is a difficult task. Paul Getty, the world renowned author said. I quote “I’d rather earn 1% of 100 men’s efforts rather than 100% of my own”. So how can you do to get started? The answer is simple. Find a system where you can leverage on people to work as a team. In other words, you help other people to help yourself. It is simply a system of Duplication. In short, encourage and assist others. Professional sports team owners pay their athletes millions of dollars, taking into consideration that if the athlete performs well he will attract spectators that will ultimately make the owner a profit on his investment
Stay focused on your goals. Maintain the belief that you are unique, and that you deserve a better quality life. Generally speaking, people who are financially stable are much happier and have less stress. Undoubtedly, that success comes from within. It has to do with your own personal satisfaction and self-esteem, material possessions not withstanding.
You may want to have a look at an online program popularly known as Success University that I have benefitted personally. It is a self-development program [home-based]. Who knows, it may give you the freedom to enjoy your financial success immediately.
Start now and aim for success today! You may separate yourself from the past or build upon it. Either way, look to the future. That is where you will live, and you should strive to live well.
Folks, so much I want to share with you today.

Learn from the Eagle
Hi friend
I'm grateful to my Mentor, Jason, for unselfishly sharing with me the story of EAGLE. It is indeed inspiring and motivational and I thought it would be great if I share with my dear readers. Hope you like it. Here I quote :-
Eagles fly alone at high altitude and not with sparrows or with other small birds. No other bird can go to the height of the eagle.
Eagles fly with eagles
2. Eagles have strong vision. They have the ability to focus on something up to five kilometers away. When an eagle sites his prey, he narrows his focus on it and sets out to get it. No matter the obstacle, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.
Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacle and you will succeed
3. Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey. Vultures eat dead animals, but eagles will not.
Be careful with what you feed your eyes and ears with, especially in movies and on TV. Steer clear of outdated and old information. Always do your research well
4. Eagles love the storm. When clouds gather, the eagles get excited. The eagle uses the storm's winds to lift it higher. Once it finds the wing of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift him above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches of the trees.
We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges and use them profitably
5. The Eagle tests before it trusts. When a female eagle meets a male and they want to mate, she flies down to earth with the male pursuing her and she picks... ... has mastered the art of catching the twig which shows commitment. Then and only then, will she allow him to mate with her.
Whether in private life or in business, one should test commitment of people intended for partnership
6. When ready to lay eggs, the female and male eagle identify a place very high on a cliff where no predators can reach. The male flies to earth and picks thorns and lays them on... ... thorns of life come to teach us that we need to grow, get out of the nest and live on. We may not know it but the seemingly comfortable and safe haven may have thorns.
The people who love us ... push us hard to grow and prosper....
7. When an Eagle grows old, his feathers become weak and cannot take him as fast as he should. When he feels weak and about to die, he retires to a place far away in the rocks. While there, he plucks out every feather on his body until he is completely bare. He stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, then he can come out.
We occasionally need to shed off old habits & items that burden us..."
